Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method rather than to the gift recipient.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping process, online orders cannot be changed or canceled after checkout is complete.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing, plus one additional day for monogrammed orders. Purchases that include monogramming will ship together once personalization is complete.

For monogrammed items, please place orders by the following dates:

For non-monogrammed items, please place orders by the following dates:

Some mild surface marks can be buffed out by using a car wax or car polish.

For scuff marks, we recommend using car polish. Avoid chemical cleaners, as they will damage the clear-coat finish and leave a sticky residue. Apply the car polish to a soft cloth and gently rub the scuff mark. Remember to treat the scuffed area only, not the entire bag. In addition, you can alternatively use a magic eraser to remove scuff marks.

Our warehouse will be closed on 11/27, 11/28, 12/25, and 12/26. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on 11/26 will begin shipping on 12/1.

FedEx Ground delivers Monday through Saturday. FedEx Express Saver and 2Day deliver Monday through Friday.

We accept returns of eligible, unused items purchased from briggs-riley.com within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Return shipping is free for US customers. International orders are final sale. Digital Gift Cards, Repair Kits, and monogram foils are nonrefundable. 

Yes, items purchased on or after 11/1/2026 are eligible for free returns until 2/1/2027.

Monogrammed items may be returned with a $20 restocking fee. An additional $15 monogram foil charge is nonrefundable.
